Kale Chips – the simple way
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Remove kale stems and tear into bite-sized pieces. Remove as much water as possible using salad spinner or pat dry with clean towel.
- Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Toss to evenly coat kale.
- Place kale onto baking pan. Unfold leaves and avoid any overlap to get crispier results.
- Bake at 300F for 20 minutes or until ends get slightly brown. There is a fine line between crispy and burnt!
