Navajo-Churro Lamb, a heritage breed developed from the Iberian Churra and the first sheep brought to the Americas by the Conquistadors. This breed is well adapted for the Northern California climate. Lambs are 100% grass fed and finished, living their entire lives on pasture.

Product comes frozen. Each pack contains 2 lamb shanks, approximately 1.7 lbs.
