Edison is a hard white wheat variety with a delicate nutty, buttery flavor. Wheat berries are the complete kernel of wheat left intact, containing the bran, germ, and endosperm. This whole grain is a superfood, high in fiber, protein, and vitamins. A great substitute for rice, and a great addition to soups, stews, and salads.
