Kale Chips 2-ways

Kale Chips – the simple way

A fun snack to make with kids and an easy way to eat loads of nutritious kale!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Remove kale stems and tear into bite-sized pieces. Remove as much water as possible using salad spinner or pat dry with clean towel.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Toss to evenly coat kale.
  3. Place kale onto baking pan. Unfold leaves and avoid any overlap to get crispier results.
  4. Bake at 300F for 20 minutes or until ends get slightly brown. There is a fine line between crispy and burnt!
